 This is where the south cove flows into the Rappahannock River in front of Lot 2. Our children used to catch a ride in an innertube at the tide changes in a similar channel. |
 This photo was taken from the neighboring pier and looks back at the South tidal cove near Lot 2. |
 You can probably fit a kayak or canoe under the pier to explore the cove beyond. |
 Wharton's Grove is on the other side of the cove. |
