The approved Site Plan lets you build 60' back from the water. The yellow area is the house footprint, the green rectangle is the drainfield area for the primary and reserve septic system. There is a "rain garden" to catch the roof drainage, shown in light green as a "Proposed Grass Swale." The 50' RPA line is dark red, the 60' RPA line is shown in lavendar, and the 100' RPA line is shown in orange. While under construction, the house will need to have a temporary silt fence in place, which is shown as a dark green line. |
